Gereral Introduction:

Polyaluminium Chloride, short for PAC, it is a kind of high-effective inorganic macromolecule flocculant. Through the hydroxyl ion bridging function and the polyvalent anion polymeric function, it produces large molecular and high electricity inorganic macromolecule. It adapts a wide PH range of 5.0~9.0, and the best is between 6.5~7.6.

The PAC-F01 is a food grade Polyaluminium Chloride, its appearance is light yellow powder, easily dissolved in water and  has a strong brideg-building adsorption and  coacervation performation during the process of hydrolysis.

Its advantanges: high-molecule; strong adsorption; less dosage; low cost; easy dissolved, good adaptability; good decoloring and Purification ability; low erosion; easy to operate.

Application:

1)      This product is mianly used in the Purification of the drinking water, industry water, oil field recycling water and various kinds of sewages.

2)      Used in Paper-making as glue precipitator; defecating and decoloring of suger.

3)      Used in the pharmaceuticals industry, cometics industry and precision casting industry etc.

Usage:

1)       PAC used in Purification of water: in order to get a better use effect, the user could confirm the best usage by experiment according to different water quality. Usually is diluted to 5% thickness according to AL₂O₃’s percentage.

2)       PAC used in Paper-making as glue precipitator, its usage is the same as Aluminum Vitriol, the dosage is one three of the Aluminum Vitriol, usually is 2%-3% of the dry paper.

3)       PAC use for defecating and decoloring in suger-making. First to adjust the product to 3%-5% liquid PAC, then to add to the cane juice that need to decolor. The dosage is 5-10PPM.

Packing and shipment note:

1.The inner and outside both used Polypropylene sealed, each bag weight is 25 kgs.

2.Store on the cool and dry place and guard against in the rain drenching and the sun shining.
